We process orders quickly, so if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will do our best to assist you.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal service. If you still need help, reach out to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Inspect your item immediately upon arrival.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
- Once we review your request, we will guide you through the return process.
If your return is approved due to damage or a wrong item, we will provide instructions on how to send it back. Items must be:
✅ Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
✅ Returned within 7 days of delivery
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
