How long does it take to process my order?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How to track my order?

You will receive email with tracking number once tracking is available, please allow 1-2 days for the tracking number to be available once the order is fulfilled.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we are shipping only in USA.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the USA typically take 8-13 business days after order processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $50 → FREE Shipping

Orders under $50 → Flat rate of $6.99

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will do our best to assist you.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

My package is delayed—what should I do?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number first. If there are any issues, feel free to contact us for further assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We strive to ensure every order is perfect, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right!

What happens if my package is lost?

If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal service. If you still need help, reach out to us.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect your item immediately upon arrival.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
  • Once we review your request, we will guide you through the return process.


How do I return an item?

If your return is approved due to damage or a wrong item, we will provide instructions on how to send it back. Items must be:

✅ Unworn, unused, and in original packaging

✅ Returned within 7 days of delivery

✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase

Who covers the return shipping costs?

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my replacement or refund?
